HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LEVEL I’M ON?
Ask our Customer Service Host, a friendly staff or our Reception Staff to assist you with this.
There are 5 levels of rewards: Diamond, Gold, Silver, Ruby & Emerald.
Diamond being the highest level, and Emerald being the basic membership level.
Precious Rewards provides additional rewards and benefits to Club Members who correctly use their membership card for all Food, Beverage and general Club purchases.
The more points you earn on your card, the higher the level that you can achieve. Rewards and benefits increase for each level. All members continue to receive the same basic membership benefits they always have including discounts on food and beverage within the Club and Club promotions such as the badge draws etc.
HOW CAN I GO UP A LEVEL?
The level rankings are based on the actual points accrued. Every dollar you spend within the Club earns rewards points; the total of your accrued points determines which level you are on.
Initially, current members have been ranked according to their points accrued over the previous year.
On joining the Club, new members will start on the Blue Fortunes level and can move up as soon as the following month when the point accruals are reassessed and ranks are bumped up.
On the 15th of each month we will move members up to the level that they qualify for. Members can also move down levels; however this can only happen every 6 months, 15 January or 15 July.
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO BE A PART OF THE SYSTEM?
Members can choose to opt out if they wish, however on doing so they will no longer obtain any membership benefits such as discounts, points accruals or enter any Club promotions. They will still be able to enter the Club and be included in the membership badge draw.

DO MEMBERSHIP POINTS EXPIRE?
On close of business on 30 June each year your membership points will expire and become zero (0), with the exception of Diamond Member points that roll over.
You can use your points to make purchases within the Club on Food, Beverage, Showcase Items, Event Tickets, Gift Cards and Membership etc.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
