St John’s Park Bowling Club is recognised as one of the leading forces in bowls in New South Wales. The club has on many occasions been host to major National and International Tournaments.

Many Australian and NSW representative players belong to the club and they are a vital part of the club’s success. Just to name a few, the club boasts the likes of Commonwealth Games 2010 selected players and World Champions Leif Selby and Kelsey Cottrell, Steve Glasson and Julie Keegan, along with representative players including Mark Berghoffer, Sharyn Renshaw, Anne Johns, Beth Quinlan. The club was an inaugural member of the NSW Premier League and has won this prestigious competition four times.

However, it’s not all about the elite at St John’s Park. The Club fields Pennant Sides in both Ladies and Mens Sections in all grades and enjoys a rich history of success across all grades with in excess of 100 pennant winning flags in the trophy cabinet.

Having originated from very humble beginnings, the club has successfully strived to become one of the most successful, modern and professional community based facilities.

The club boasts three excellent greens maintained in tip-top condition by a team of professional green keepers. The facilities at the Club are second to none and it is widely renowned as “The Friendly Club”.
